They got it right! had an incident where my order wasnt done the greatest. Example, asking for a naked bowl and getting a burrito. Whenever you alter a dish , you run the risk of them maybe getting it wrong because youre changing a routine side or asking to exclude something that comes with the dish. Shout out to Keiry C. on 4/7. She was an amazing girl in the front who helped me so my order came out the way I wanted it too. Thank you , dear for your excellent customer service.

Got here at 2:25 pm. Didn't get drinks until 2:50. That's because my father had to go up to the front and ask them. Apparently only 1 person is working on a Friday.. I have a health problem that I can't share stuff with family. So I asked for another thing of salsa. Since for 4 people they only gave us 1 basket of chips and 1 salsa. She said sure. Never came. We had to order food same time we ordered drinks with rush cause who knows when the only person working was going to come back to our table. They clearly need a hiring sign because I know it's not the servers fault, it's the restaurant managers fault for only having 1 person on schedule. And of course with bad management, you're gonna have a bad experience with it's employees. Am not coming back here again. Definitely rather spend my time and money at Jose Tejas.
