The Spanish dude working there really cares about his job! He informed me from start to finish the entire testing process! His experience and working there for 20 years really shows. I hope the owner sees this and gives that man a raise he deserves a lot more.

I get that we live in America, but we also have so many different languages we speak in this country, and so unfortunate that the young man that speaks Spanish in this location wont help the non english speaking people. We are to help people when in need, and this gentlemen does NOT like helping people, this is why the world cant be a better place, we cant never help those who are in need, if people ask you to help them why cant you? What could possibly stop you from doing such a kind act for these people, they are there for them to be able to work and all they ask of you is to help them fill out a form thats in English. Also, some people dont know how to write and you cant help with that? So unfortunate, because so many people I know go here and these companies are paying this company, Ambassador to do these tests. Just so sad. Everyone has had to call me so I can help them and I am always thankful that I was raised well Enough to help others. Please work on helping others and this place would do better.
