        2 days delivery Amazon prime style. How did you convince that "company [Alexa]" to send the missing parts back in such a short time? And no I could not have lost something I never handled, neither through transport or assembly.

        Purchased a bed in April. They set it up and the frame was already broken 2 days later. Also, they didnt deliver on time. If we didnt make a follow up it still wouldnt be delivered. They said they called but they never left a voicemail.
