The staff was okay upon check in. We were a lot concerned as we heard her tell other guest they were out of toilet paper. The room was ok. When we arrived to the room the window was open. The toilet ran or didn't flush unless you giggled the handle. We were under the impression this was a SMOKE FREE hotel. The WEED was so strong in the halls and in our room. I had to say something to the smokers because the hotel staff said nothing. This went on all night. The mattress were lumpy. I am okay with not having my linen changed daily because I typically don't like outside people in my room. My main issue was the weed and nothing being done. I don't smoke weed and did not appreciate having to smell that and deal with the KIDS smoking.. slamming doors just being unruly and no assistance from hotel staff. Rooms: The best thing about the room was the full size fridge. Even the pillows were not good This is a you get what you pay for. Food & drinks: Food & drinks are the vending machines Noteworthy details: This is not SMOKE FREE. HOTEL STAFF HAD TO BE AWARE OF THE WEED SMOKING. IT WAS TOO STRONG NOT TO BE

I will like to say that my stay at this hotel was not great . The hotel had an old smell to it the floors had a dead rodent smell. The rooms didnt have an iron or ironing board . It was no where to get ice . The rooms are suppose to be no smoking for some but there was smoking and when ask to handle the matter of it no one was to be found . The beds were not comfy and the bag for the beds were wripped . I will not be coming back to this hotel again Noteworthy details: Horrible stay

You get what you pay for the first night wasnt bad, the 3rd floor reeked of dead animal and body odor smells like whatever it was the smell was covered by a lemon grass scent, the rooms do not come with a iron but you have an option to ask for one! The second night the 3rd floor reeked of weed, the entire floor, barely seen employees who were there to help, the toilet in the room didnt properly flush and the beds were not comfortable for my liking! I dealt with it because it was convenient however I was pissed to inhale weed all night with my child we were literally next to the room the smell came from. The experience wasnt great wont be staying here again! I appreciate the convenience of the location for my travel however, thats it and thats all!
