I have resided in this location for three years and have not encountered any issues with the staff until Jessica joined the team two months ago. Unfortunately, since her arrival, she has proven to be the most problematic employee they have hired. During her first week as property manager, Jessica threatened every tenant in both buildings with the disposal of their personal items. Her management style involves harassing individuals rather than engaging in constructive conversations, demonstrating understanding, and fostering positive relationships with tenants. This behavior is a departure from the positive experiences we have had with previous property managers.

I have come this far to see if this will solve my problem. I moved 1 month ago but I had the process of moving since December 5, at the time of accepting the contract on December 20, Jessica did not give us the key to the post office and said that during that week she would not give them, since that Same date we are waiting for the key, we called her and she did not answer us, one day she came to my apartment and gave me the wrong key, she gave me the key to apartment 201 and I live in apartment 202, I told her that that key did not suit me It was useful and she still tried to leave it to me, clearly I left it back to her but since then we have had no response, we don't know who else to talk to, she doesn't answer our messages, our calls, it's been a month and we don't have access to our email. I find it disastrous how she makes fun of us, since how she knows our phone numbers is why she doesn't answer us. I hope someone else can see this and help me. She just makes excuses ALL the time, she also said that the problem was with the postal service, we spoke with the postal service and they told us that she was in charge of changing the key. I hope someone other than her can help me by watching this review.

Oh boy. Where to start, moved here when the building was still under construction. So much so, our apartment was missing our patio door on move in day. Unsure of the area, youll notice a lot of police presence due to crime/ drug activity. Its really such a nice apartment with a giant patio that we had. But like the area, we quickly found out the tenants that get rented to, have a habit to BLAST music every night. No matter where you are in this building, there will be a free concert everynight that the cops will halt for a few mins. But theres no escaping the concert you didnt get tickets for, in the apartment next door. For some reason our upstairs neighbor had the keys to both our apartment and his. Twice at 2am he drunkenly tried to open my door (Hopefully just on the wrong floor) but luckily due to the poor neighborhood i always had my door top locked. Our first neighbor had fights within their apartment that led to the hallway that had screams of someone having a gun or knife, multiple times. The old super (Sharond) was very helpful and responsive. Would sometimes come help on the spot, of when he was messaged. He has since been fired and passed away. The new system and super took me harassing them everyday for 2 full weeks to have our AC unit fixed. The positives are the pizza place downstairs is not bad and the patio if you get one is a good size, even though the patio doors dont lock. Good size walk in closet but other than that, I would not recommend. Not worth the free concert you will be signing up for with your lease

Ive lived here for a year and a half and in 2021, the management wasnt good at all. Im only rating 5 stars for the super, Sharon is a really nice guy that cares about the place and works proactively to make sure things are taken care of. Hes a resident himself, so he understands and has helped my wife and I on numerous occasions for things the building contractors/owners skimped on during construction. Leaks, lost keys, power issues/outages, etc. And hes also been a great advocate when maintenance requests do not get heard or seen by management. The difference a great super makes for your living experience is super underrated!!
