Those of you looking for a top notch camera system & installation look no further than CCTV Security experts, Here in Harrison NJ at the Harrison Weather Center we needed camera to monitor on going real-time weather and security issues, we looked high and low for a company we could trust with this project and give us value as well, John and his staff did a wonderful job with providing all the information needed for the entire project and we asked, emailed a lot of questions on the system and training on this project, on installation day John was on time and ready to go he walks you through the entire process from start to finish, the installation was impressive a neat and clean job, we had a small issue with one of cameras which was fine by me but John insisted he change the camera until our project was perfect. If you are new to security camera systems the apps and software the front end of the system is pretty easy to navigate and at the end of the day with this project we where very happy and so was my family as we installed a Cat / Pet cam so my wife and daughter could monitor there pride and joys and its not me., out of five stars I give CCTV Security Experts a 10 and if you have any hesitation, don't as this company is top of the line, Thanks John for everything and helping to keep my family safe and never missing again a weather event !! John has proven extremely responsive to come for the initial visit. Per his assessment, we ended up replacing our entire system, and the installation has been prompt and flawless. Was good doing business with him, and feel in good hands for the future (maintenance and additional products/services).

A great job deserves a great review. My business came with a mystery CCTV system that needed an upgrade. It had a non-functioning camera that another handyman failed to fix. After that, CSE (CCTV Security Experts) was the third company I contacted that actually showed up. My request was fix a the non-functioning CCTV camera and install two more cameras. John, who answered the phone, was also the technician who showed up, at the appointed time. He looked at my system and explained who manufactured it, what it features were, and how it could be expanded. The first order of business was to get the non-functioning camera working. An hour later, it was. It required multiple trips between the camera and the recording unit to reconfigure the system to working order! An expert was definitely needed. He then gave me a quote for two new cameras, and wiring the system for external monitoring. We scheduled that install for today and John again showed up exactly on time. This time it took 3 hours. The work was: Two cameras installed with wires neatly run, extra network switches installed, and the system connected to the internet. The network cables within the visitor areas were hidden behind the ceilings and walls. He focused the existing cameras and my system literally looks sharp. He showed how to install phone apps for monitoring, configured the apps, and like magic, I can monitor my business from anywhere!
