        We were having an issue with our toilet burping air and we just thought it was a partial clog. Never used your company before, but heard good things. The techs that came out were very friendly and checked everything out. It took a while, but they were able to diagnose the problem. Turned out our vent pipe was undersized (older home) and explained the on and off issues that we'd been having for over 20 years! Nobody else had ever mentioned the vent pipe. They would just clear the line and leave. Your techs were thorough, professional and top notch diagnosticians! We will definitely be using The Polite Plumber for all of our future plumbing needs!

        Prices are ridiculous for a toilet and drain clearance over 500$ I normally am good with their prices but this one felt like a lot
