        Absolute garbage service and company. Raises rates $50+ every year. They create service appointments, dont alert you when they are there, and then say you werent home when they never showed up. The service is slow and spotty even for my 900ft condo. Consider any service but optimum. Its not worth the hassle even if their customer service always answers. They dont solve any of their issues.

        Benediccita has been amazing at the Ledgewood NJ branch. I am a senior citizen and she was extremely professional, pleasant and very kind. Shout out to Adama in Retention for explaining my services in great detail. Because of these two ladies, I have chosen to remain with Optimum and I thank them.

        Worst customer service I've ever received throughout the years. Billing and retention department are atrocious to deal with. Shouldn't be hard to cancel services, spent over an hour on the phone with 3 different representatives and still did not get done what I needed. Waiting on a call back in "2-4 hours." - Ill believe it when I see it. Last representative failed to give me their name and or employee ID number and no confirmation email sent from Optimum. Completely dissatisfied.
