        There are no prices on their website. When a "woman" named "Florence" pops up in a chat window..."she" is of no help... she is not actually a person. I really hate when businesses start a convo with you under the guise of being an actually person, it is disheartening. Side note; The only company that I have come across that gives you the opportunity to chat with a real person is Nordstrom. They are an excellent model of customer service.

        Would not go anyplace else for flooring needs... the owner went above and beyond to help me. Outstanding service, quality, and genuinely good people. Can’t say enough how much I appreciate them and could not recommend going here more highly!

        So much better than dealing with the big box stores and the carpet is nicer without a noticeable difference in pricing. Dave was extremely helpful and the install went without a hitch. I've never had a quicker or better result with anyone else. Highly recommend.
