The Learning Experience - Ledgewood

The Learning Experience is definitely the BEST daycare in the area. My 3.5 year old son has been thru several daycares (Goddard, Lightbridge, Apple Montessori) and TLE is superior to all. First of all, the facility is so clean, inviting and stimulating for the kids. The kids are always engaged with projects and the class time is structured. The teachers and staff at TLE have been SO great to my son and work together with us to implement a plan to have him succeed. They are warm, friendly and give us daily updates. My son previously did not want to go to school at his former schools, but now wakes up happy and eager to get dressed and to go to school. As parents this makes us so happy

My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with our experience at The Learning Experience Ledgewood. My oldest son, who is 4.5 years old, started at TLE in August of 2021. He started in the Preppers class and is now in Preschool 3. From the moment we stepped through the door, we knew we had found a gem. The staff radiate warmth and genuine care for each child, creating an atmosphere that feels like a second home. As a teacher, one of the things that immediately impressed me was the meticulously designed curriculum. It's not just about playtime (though there's plenty of that too!), but a perfect blend of structured learning activities and free exploration that fosters creativity and critical thinking. He will be undoubtedly ready for Kindergarten in the fall all thanks to the enriched curriculum that not only promotes academic success, but also social interactions and emotional growth. The facility is top-notch, with bright and inviting classrooms, a stimulating outdoor play area, and all the necessary resources for a rich learning environment. We particularly appreciate the emphasis on safety and cleanliness, especially given the current times. It's clear that the well-being of the children is paramount here. Communication with the teachers and management is seamless. They keep us informed about our sons progress, milestones, and any concerns in a timely and respectful manner. The director, Arleen, is always available to address any questions or issues that may arise. Above all, what sets The Learning Experience Ledgewood apart is the sense of community it fosters. Parents are welcomed with open arms and encouraged to be actively involved in their child's learning journey. Whether it's through parent-teacher conferences, family events, or volunteer opportunities, we feel like valued members of the TLE family. We couldn't be happier with our decision to enroll our son at The Learning Experience Ledgewood. He will be going to Kindergarten next year, and we are genuinely sad to leave. We cant wait for our younger son to start in a year. TLE is a place where learning is not only encouraged but celebrated, where every child is cherished and supported, and where lifelong friendships are formed. We wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent seeking a nurturing and enriching experience for their child.

My two years old has been attending to TLE for couple of months and he loves it there. Comparing from previous centers, he is learning more, he is happy and I love how clean and organized they are. I really recommend this daycare

Signing my 9-month-old son up for daycare was a very daunting task as a first-time mom; however, bringing him to TLE at Ledgewood was a breeze. The staff were immediately so kind and welcoming and made us feel safe leaving our son with them. Within the first couple of days, the front desk staff welcomed my son by name every morning. The teachers here are truly some incredible people. Miss Tracey in the Toddler A room has taught my son everything from how to sign and keeping his shoes on, to doing art projects and having the ability to identify animal sounds. She made transitioning him from two naps a day to one nap a day a total breeze and encouraged us to move him from a bottle to a sippy cup. He can even count to two. Some other favorite staff of my son's include Miss Denise & his new teacher, Miss Leah. At the age of 16 months, he is doing things I wouldn't expect until at least 2 years of age. TLE is truly a family. The center is extremely clean, and they hold fun little activities, like a Halloween parade, a parent's night out, and picture day. They also take the most ADORABLE photos which are the highlight of my day!! I HIGHLY recommend TLE at Ledgewood.

My 11 month old and 2 year old have been attending TLE since September 2023. From the moment I visited the center, I appreciated how patient, kind and caring the the teachers and staff are. My children felt safe and comfortable from the very start. I initially had concerns about my youngest (premature) baby starting in the infant room because she was so small but Miss Connie and Miss Maggie did their very best to assure me that she would be just fine and she was! She is now beginning to say words, clapping and will be walking soon. I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff. I look forward sending my children here for years to come!
