        Ive been to other HR Block locations and got more attentive service. Its hard to get anyone on the phone and or to honor scheduled appointments. If you want your taxes done right and with no mistakes, I wouldnt recommend coming here. You pay for the expertise but you will also have to babysit. You may as well consider filing on your own or going to a location that doesnt your taxes like its on a conveyor belt. They care more about hitting branch goals than doing the right thing.

        Just finished my taxes with h&r block. The tax pro was super friendly and so was the receptionist up front. The wait was a bit long but after that everything went smooth and easy. They're expensive, but if you have the money to spend once a year I think they're really worth it.
