Our family has found Dr. Bills to be a very caring practitioner of his craft. He gives personal attention to the members of our family who have been under his care for many years. His current contact person also returns calls promptly. Waiting times when at appointments are the only problem which occur with the practice in general and these are less severe in the Lawrenceville office than other offices.

Very very bad experience with him he didnt even care and very unprofessional staff and dr Bills also please dont waste your time do not go here find a different dr. So today I have appointment with him I went to wrong facility my mistake I was late on my appointment and he and staff didnt take me I manage from my work took time off but yes it was my mistake I should have make it on time but when you are on time you can wait more then 15 min its ok your time is no valuable because you need a dr dr dont need you. My last appointment at hamilton I waited more then 15 min but thats ok and today I was running late because this was my first time in here and I got lost I was in there facility but I cant find the office I went in other side I pass the building but it says surgery center so I thought this wasnt office and my GPS kept making me turns but yeah this was my fault that I was late dr bills had 15 min late policy if you are late then dont waste your time staff was arguing with me making me feel like Im lying she was like dr bills has 15 min late policy but when he was late Then its ok. I was polite and explained my situation why I was late but she rolled eyes in me while I said I call but no one was answering my call. She said which no you dial and I saw her then she continued did I press the right options we are here since morning and you said you call I sawed her my phone and my dialing number even now Im not going to see him Im changing my dr he is not worth paying my co pay and mind you even last time he didnt see me my first appointment he send his practice nurse and she gave me shots my second appointment he just came in the room for 2 min all he ask me was how was my pain between 1 to 10 then told me he can prescribe med for me and therapy then come back in three weeks he didnt touch my shoulder or see where my pain was by touching or seing where my tenderness was and how is hurting me I sawed him which my hand where the pain was and how far I can move my arm and thats it took $40 co pay and done. please I wouldnt recommend to anyone to him dr Thomas bills no thank you .
