Clover Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center

My Mom is a patient at Clover Meadows after suffering a devastating stroke last March. I would have to say some of their staff make my Mom the priority. Especially, Rachel (social worker), Emily (speech therapy) Isatu (LPN), Karen (LPN), Janine (RN), Karen (OT), Maryann (PT), Katarina (PT), Josphine (MA), Mama (MA) & Dr. Gettys. I am sure I have forgotten a few names but I will never forget the way they all treat my Mom. Everyone is professional, courteous, compassionate and devoted to their patients. and Dr. Getty's.

My mother was released on 3/16 and thank God for that 2 nurses were very attentive and that was Janine and Karen. The food was disgusting we had to bring my mom food everyday we were told she could choose a substitute if they gave her something she didn't eat....that was a lie the nurses at the nurse desk would see you standing there and LITERALLY ignore you know said can I help you they make you feel like you are a BOTHER and especially the nurse or whatever her title was with the accent(maybe African) she is the rudest. They lack compassion for sick and elderly patients if you don't have family visiting daily I could only imagine...smh! It only takes a few minutes to call over medication once released 3 days later the pharmacy says they have not received any medication. As a residents family member the staff will definitely ignore you other then that THANK YOU NURSE JANINE AND KAREN AND ALSO VENUS DIGGS FOR MY MOTHER'S CARE...other then that Clover Meadows is NOT were you want your loved ones to be.

From the nursing staff to the administration, Clover Meadows is an excellent facility! My mother in law was in the rehabilitation unit originally and now is a permanent resident. We have been extremely pleased with the daily care she has been receiving and she has been at Clover Meadows for 10 months now. Highly recommend this facility.

On May 23, 2023 I returned to Clover Meadows for PT on a broken ankle . The staff is still providing excellent care. Nurses like Heather, Janine, Natallia, Dori, Chi Chi and a host of others played a big part in my recovery. They endured my painful nights, comforted me, and assured me I would be alright. Other staff like Laeneese unit secretary kept my appt. made sure I was aware and made them. Nicki the laundry lady kept my clothes clean and Val, Housekeeping Director knows his house. PT was great I actually wanted to go. Recreation program is keeping residents busy, I even became a bingo addict. Overall Clover Meadows is still a facility that provides well-rounded care for the community and long-term care. As a resident of Clover Meadows for the last 30 days I have encountered excellent staff included dietary and housekeeping. The nursing staff are excellent and considerate. The physical therapist are great and compassionate. If I would need therapy again I would definitely return to Clover Meadows.
