The front desk staff used to be friendly and professional, but they recently changed their staffing. The new staff is totally rude and unprofessional. I had some questions about my bill. I was very polite with them, but they treated me like a criminal just for asking basic billing questions. Also, Dentist Malhotra said my wife's crowns need to be completely re-done at thousands of dollars of expense. These crowns were just put in one year ago and other dentists have said they look fine. It seems like this office is struggling with staffing and making money. We are never going back here.

I had a 9am appointee my for my kids. Which did not start until almost 930 in the morning. Being late is unacceptable. And the front office here at the time was extremely rude. I will switching dentist after this visit

I had a horrible experience with the new dental staff. I am still waiting for a 500$ refund, because I changed my mind on a procedure. The new staff is cold and lifeless and the male dentist has hair growing from every where. Ilk...They had no patients for my fears and told me to find another dentist. OK can I get my 500 and move on..!!!!!
