I just moved here and I like it. Its spacious and really comfortable. Also Ralph was great. He helped me to move smoothly to my new apartment and whenever I needed help or I have question, he is ready to help and to address my concerns.

The gym is not female friendly. Get ready to pay $100 for it's use. Cant use the laundry room because undesirables steal your clothing and dominate the facilities. Had to get the police involved just to get my clothes out of the laundry room. My items were still stolen. Not safe here for single women. If you're the type of person that likes to be warm and cozy during the winter, I highly suggest you go out and get yourself a space heater. The heated forced hot water isn't efficient enough to heat the apartment by time it goes through all of the ice cold pipes. The reason this happens is because they keep the temperature in the Boiler Room at 150 industry standard is between 180 - 210 basically what they're doing is lowering the temperature just enough so pipes dont freeze and then Shifting the cost onto the renters that have to buy space heaters to make up for the lack of efficiency. Cheap and greedy Get ready for your 7% rent hike at renewal I had a one-bedroom at 1385 they jacked it up almost $100 more month. Places like this is the reason why lawmakers have to make anti eviction laws.

Kathy is such a nice leasing professional. She's very kind and helpful. Nice apartment.
