The manager is always extreamly rude and nasty. I've been to this ups a couple times to drop off shipments for my business and every time he's there, he's extramly nasty and has an attitude. I said I need to scan the lable before he takes the package away to input onto our shopify sales, and he tried to take the package away. When I asked for it to scan the lable he was extreamly nasty with me. Every time he's there he has this attitude and acts like you're an inconvenience just for being in the store. I will absolutely not be going back there again. This was the last time.

When I decided not to send a package that would cost me $46, the person at the front desk said "Next time ask about the price first so we are not wasting anyone's time". Reading other reviews, this definitely fits the pattern. I will return when they open under new management.

This guy who's in there working today is a horrible nasty person . There is no need to have a attitude with someone who is not having a attitude with you

Carmelo is a great multi-tasker, patient, informative and pleasant during this crazy time of year!! I have been in the store where customers are very rude to the employees who are just following the rules and regulations of UPS corporate and it takes a lot of patience to be kind to customers that are mean and rude to the person behind the counter! There is always two sides to the story and reviews are only showing one side.
