Aunt Berta's Kitchen Too

We ordered 2 fish platters and ordered through Doordash. The ordered arrived within 1 hour but only had 1 platter. We called Aunt Berta's to explain what happened and they blamed it on Doordash and said we will have to get re imbursed from Doordash. The money is not refunded the same day and and they refused to give us another platter for free to make up for the inconvenience that this caused us. I spoke with a manager and she was very rude with no empathy or compassion for what happened my husband and I will never order anything from here again. Rude and don't care attitudes for paying customers.

Picked up my fried chicken wing platter and ordered collard greens with candied yams for my sides and it was dryed up macaroni and cheese instead of collard greens this wasnt the first time they got my order wrong theyre food is starting to be just like the one in Oaklyn .
