CityMD Lanoka Harbor Urgent Care - New Jersey

This place was great when they were Urgent Care Now. Went downhill since City MD took over. Got bad advice from the female doctor, who didn't even offer a solution different than what I had been doing for a month with no results. They had my address from almost a decade ago in the system but none of my records from the old business. You need to use the tablets to check in but only after they tell you they are ready for you and then you still need to verbally give all the info to the receptionist anyways. Took 3 days for them to schedule an after care appointment which was really just emailing me a list of Dr's many of whom didn't want to see me. I won't be back.

So glad we chose this Urgent care to be tested for COVID.. Dr. Vincent Eletto and Jennifer Ortiz were so professional, caring and gave us invaluable advice.

Nurse practitioner was extremely rude to my mother in front of me. Went in for a covid test and was hoping they would prescribe me something to help subdue my symptoms. Came back positive and my mom asked a simple question and was shot down. This man did not take his time to be caring, professional and show concerns about a mother’s kids. Instead seemed extremely agitated we even dared to ask a question. Turned down even the thought of prescribing a covid positive patient with anything before actually doing an evaluation on me! What in the actual hell. Thank you sir, I will be sweating tonight and all in all I either get better or I die right? Thank you for taking the time to listen to us, hear our breathing, check our throats, talk to us about the pains that keep us up at night with cold sweats… it really shows that you truly care about each individual patients needs. Good for a covid test but they will not give you any medication not even a steroid well simply because HE SAID SO…

This urgent care was so professional. Everyone was so nice and helpful.. I recommend it to anyone that needs a urgent care. Live in TOMS River but going there from now on.. worth the trip.. thank you everyone!
