We recently had Moms funeral luncheon at Martins Custom Catering. It was absolutely perfect!!! Working with Holly to create a flawless event was very easy. She helped us pick food items and gave her input on our choice of linen colors which looked so pretty upon entering. Everything we chose for our buffet was absolutely delicious including Caesar Salad, Italian wedding soup, chicken parmesan, macaroni & cheese (which Holly will make to your liking as far as cheesiness), sausage, peppers and onions which were absolutely amazing, meatballs, penne pasta with vodka sauce, mixed summer vegetables in creamy sauce, delicious rolls and butter. For dessert we had an assortment of fresh baked cookies (amazing). We wanted to have a cake so we ordered a sheet cake through Holly. It was very delicious however it wasnt of professional standards as far as decoration so if you are looking for a more fancy, professional cake maybe order from a bakery. But nonetheless, we were happy that Holly was able to supply us with a good tasting cake on such short notice. The hall was so pretty, very clean and nicely decorated with quality linens and beautiful centerpieces which Holly supplied. We received so many compliments during our affair about how delicious everything was and how nice of a time everyone was having. The building outside is very cute but looks smaller. When you get inside, it is surprisingly large and has a beautiful bar if you chose to run a bar tab for your affair. Holly customized her front sign to include a personalized welcome in Moms name (nice touch upon entering the parking lot). We are glad we chose Martins Custom Catering to honor our Mom and we highly recommend them for any party, social event or celebration. You will be happy you did.

The banquet of the Association of Surf Angling Clubs (ASAC) is the one night a year where we get together socially and celebrate the accomplishments of the previous year. Holly Adams went above and beyond to make our evening special. This is the 3rd banquet we've hosted with her. The food was great, the staff was very accomodating and everyone enjoyed themselves. We will be back next year!

Holly created a delicious off-premise brunch menu to celebrate my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. Her experience in catering was evident. Everyone enjoyed all of the food. I especially appreciated the fresh ingredients and home made pastries, quiches, fruit cup, sandwiches, salad and soup. Thank you!

I have attended several events at Martin's and had a few of my own there. Holly and her staff couldn't be more professional and helpful. Her decorating skills are on point and she has always worked with me on last minute details to make sure our parties were perfect. The food is always fresh, homemade, and tastes great!
