At the end of my Waste Management Survey that they emailed me, it asked me to provide a review on Google, and brought me directly here. This doesn't look like a Waste Management page so sorry if this is incorrect, but I need to share my frustration with their pricing. I've been a customer over 12 years and have always been pleased with their services. The first thing that I couldn't comprehend was when I moved around 3 years ago, just about 5 miles from one side of town to the other (the same town) they nearly doubled my bill, and ever since then the price increases haven't stopped. They really need to research other haulers in the areas where they operate and figure out better competitive pricing. They're going to start loosing customers in droves and after this next quarter that I already paid for, I'll be leaving.

I would be cautious when using them. They increased my account by almost $100 this year, without notification. When I contacted, woman stated WM did. But they could not provide a email or notice which would collaborate this. (She stated it was emailed and it is very easy to conform this) Last year, I the woman at least acknowledged they it without my knowledge. In the end, they saved me the yearly hassle and drastic shock of increase.

Truck entrance off of TOBIN Avenue. Try to be at the facility between 0700 and 1400. 7 AM until 2 PM. I was told that the scale house workers come in at 0600? This is not a WASTE MANAGEMENT facility.
