        1 star because you have to, deserves zero. Worst service out of all the supply houses ive used, lazy employees and always at least a 30 min wait no matter what.

        Delivered my furnace in the rain and kept it outside on my sidewalk . The driver said he does not bring it inside. Fine you do not bring what is ordered in the house but really leave a new furnace outside in the rain . No cover offered and they did not offer a different delivery due to weather. Had to call 3 different places they kept giving me the run around . I have no receipt given to me for the purchase , the delivery or even the pick up of the furnace. Very shady business. Highly do not recommend them . I am not even sure if I will be credited back for the furnace or be given a new one .
