I was referred to your firm after suffering an injury from a fall at ShopRite. Wonderful Lori Zeid was assigned to my case.
After 5 years of delays because of a long treatment, COVID and multiple surgeries my case has finally resolved and closed.
During these 5 years Lori worked very hard on doing everything that was best for me. She was very patient with me (I tend to answer with megillahs, and she had to train me ), she was encouraging and compassionate when I had to cancel different appointments to fly to Israel to help care for my ailing mother, and she acted on my behalf with the judge and ShopRites lawyer. The same happened when I delayed my hand surgery, took family leave, and flew to Israel to be with my mother ZL.
Lori was always encouraging, understanding, passionate and available to respond to all my questions and issues, of which there were many. Her work ethics are admirable, and her responses were always prompt: she gave me the feeling as if I was her only client, her responses came even on Saturday nights and Sundays when I expected her to be off from work. She scheduled our phone conversation and meetings around my work schedule, never getting annoyed when I had to change the time.
I must also mention Loris assistants, Tara and Lauren, who are extremely efficient, knowledgeable, prompt, helpful just fabulous.
I would recommend Lori Zeids services to anyone. Her demeanor and attitude are pleasant, kind, confident, genuine, and empathetic - everything one wants one's lawyer to be.
