I dont know what Ben is talking about lol. I went here as a child and loved it so much that both of my children go here. I literally just got off the phone and was able to make a same day sick appointment in less than 4 minutes of being on the phone. If you need a well check obviously that is something that needs to be scheduled in advance... most parents know this. Even so when Ive been forgetful to do so theyve done their absolute best to accommodate me. Im very fond of the doctors and the nurse practitioners. Ive let both of my children be seen by most of the staff just so Ive had the opportunity to meet all of them at least once. Just be a proactive parent and Im sure you wont end up like that sour grape that left a false review.

Terrible office. You cannot see a doctor in an emergency. You will almost never see an actual doctor. You will get billed for random things that you never agreed to. The only way to schedule an appointment is by calling, leaving a message, and waiting for a call back.

The office does not have the most friendly staff.  It is hard to get an appointment with a doctor they usually put you in with a nurse.

The office staff is what gives this location a bad rep. My children attended the Lakewood office and although I have nothing bad to say about the doctors or nurse practitioners there, the staff can make the experience there not worth it. Downside is you have to leave a voicemail for any well visits. No you can not call and speak to someone at the front desk to make an appointment. First negative. I waited one time for a week before I got a call back and another time I waited 2 weeks. This is absolutely unacceptable and they carry on like nothing is wrong about it and give an attitude when being asked what took so long for a call back? No apology or even pretending to be empathetic. And....even if you are in the office and want to make a future appointment, the front desk staff will tell you to call even though you are standing right in the office with them. Smh. There Is one specific staff there who ALWAYS has an attitude no matter what. I cant wait to see how long it takes to release the records of my children to the new pediatric office I selected......DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
