It is with much reflection that I write this review. Dr. Robberson is a great Dr. she is very personable, and professional. BUT, there are few issues with the practice in general that I give her 1 stars.
First, they never answer their phone and do not have a voicemail to leave important messages on. Example: for the better part of 3 days I have been calling her office to schedule a Pre-OP Appt. No answer, cant leave message. I finally call toward the end of her office hours (because that is the only time I havent tried in 3 days). Well I FIANLLY get an answer, and was told the following "well your just now calling and only giving us 3 days to get you cleared." --- Is this guy out of his mind???....check your caller ID and I'm sure you'll see my name and number multiple times a days.
Second, they don't have any hours for the working family, and will make you come back for things that could be taken care of in one visit. They give BS excuses as to why. But, having just did a year with fertility I know the excuse that was given was completely BS. Also, while pregnant my wife became Ill and tried to make an appt, and they wouldn't even try to make accommodations. So, my wife went and found a new primary. Guess what they did- made accommodations to see my wife as she was high risk pregnancy with twins.
Again, I write this after much reflection. Dr. Robberson is an awesome person, but I refuse to use a practice that doesnt even want to try and assist your family. In the 2 hours since I last spoke with her office I have found another primary who will be seeing me, and guess WHAT?! I don't have to take another day off work!!!!
(Update: Reviews are replaceable. Especially after an owner does right by their client. Making the situation whole. Unfortunately, that was not the outcome. Instead they retaliated after my wife seemed to rectify the matter. I was willing to speak to the Dr. about my concerns, but instead that will not be the case.)
