Pet Assure

False advertisement. It says any in house service will be discounted. My vet decided not to discount an injection due to cost. Pet assure sided with them and said the vet cant lose. Bunch of lies.

I had a mint wellness account and canceled it, they literally did not help me with anything. Every single time I went to the vet I paid out of pocket for everything . I called to cancel and asked for a refund and the lady just said we dont give refunds, and that was it and I said even though you guys havent helped me at all? and she just repeated, we dont give refunds. Thats insane .

Trust the one star reviews. Better have your card handy and know all your providers and if an emergency vet is even in proximity that is covered thats near you. They dont do claim forms so even if your vet is covered and you think you can get reimbursed - you cant. They dont even have claim forms exist in their computer to send. I read other reviews about very similar things and the person from the company replies with something tactful to defend the company. DO NOT USE this insurance. - I got it through my work place and this pet insurance place banks from companies nationwide who deduct $4 a check and then provides nothing. If youre gon use this then know that you need to know your vet is a participating provider before going and have card info ready because there are no claim forms and also - if you do have an emergency find a place thats covered and it may be a few hours from your house if your emergency cannot that long.

I assure you that the one star reviews are correct. They do not allow you to submit a claim. If you dont use your insurance the moment your pet is bleeding out and in an emergency because you were frantic or at that time didnt have access to the card etc you are out of luck. This is a horrible service for emergencies. As far as there being no claim forms. You have to use your card right then or out of luck. Also, minimal amount of participating vets. Its good only if your vet is covered and its routine stuff. A very minimal amount of emergency centers are covered. Completely worthless insurance. All of the one star reviews are 100 percent accurate. Pay for a different pet insurance and trust the one star reviews over the 5 star. There are much more 1 star than 5 star.
