        I bought 1 Tactacam XB on Dec 12th 2022, then they stole from my acct on the 13th also. I provided proof from my bank. I sent more then 10 emails to the customer service, they wont respond to me. The customer service number puts you on hold and won't let you leave a voicemail. Not the best time to steal money from people during the Holidays. Worst Company Ever is Freedom USA Sales.

        I had an issue with the product I ordered, wasn't fully satisfied with the quality. It didn't work as expected. However, the customer service was phenomenal and they helped me resolve my issue satisfactorily. Also, super fast shipping.

        This company has the worst customer service. I bought a camera and it never arrived. Took over a month to get any money back and that was after I filed a claim through PayPal. I finally got some money back but the didnt refund all of it. The customer service department didnt care about my problem at all.

        So far so good. I just got two cameras and Im figuring them out. I chose unlimited photos for 15$ a month figuring deer season has only two months left thats not bad. One camera I have in a spot with low cell service but it is working fine. Try it out order some today!
