    If I could give zero stars if I could, I told myself I would never order from them again, I did it again, Once again I ordered an Easter item in February. I just received an email two weeks later, stating that my item would be delivered at the end of April, well Easter in March this year dont need the product at the end of April. This is the fourth time they have done this to me when it comes to ordering a product. Or theyll send an email stating that the product has been damaged. They have to cancel my order after Ive waited for over a month for it and it says nowhere on their website that this project was not available Im tired of the aggravation they caused me will never ever suggest them to anyone or order from them ever again.

    Our 4, Two's Company stemless wine glasses came today. It is true it took a little while, but patience paid off. Once they arrived, it was clear why it takes awhile. I have never seen glasses wrapped so thoroughly. It would have taken some kind of major trauma, like a building collapsing on them to have done any damage to these glasses. Each one was wrapped in tissue, which was wrapped in a stiff thick cardboard, protected in a heavy cardboard box with a thick divider to keep them apart. The box was well-sealed, wrapped twice in a small bubble wrap, the wrapped several times in a larger bubble warp and taped all over to keep the bubble wrap from coming apart. And finally in a very heavy-duty corrugated cardboard box big enough to hold all those layers. The glasses were very nice, too.

    What a joke this company is. I made an order in Feb of this year for the upcoming holiday season knowing the item wouldn't ship til later in the year. About a wk or 2 ago I emailed asking if the items would still be shipped. No response so I checked the site. Seen the order was due to ship soon so I let it be. I normally check reviews before purchasing but this time I didn't. So I decided to check. Was not impressed so I decided to cancel my order which had 2 items,the ones I referred to in my email so of course I stated orders. They responded saying orders are due to ship soon. Ok fine. Didnt give me a chance to respond to first email perhaps changing my mind to not cancel. Tell me why this company took it upon themselves to cancel my other pending order which btw shipped,well by their standards it shipped when actuality it didn't ship. Oh and this said item was canceled from amazon a month ago when it shipped also. Not a company you want to buy from. This is actually a blessing in disguise. Our local Home Goods,and combo stores carry these items for 50% less

    I ordered a Santa from them via Amazon on January 16th of this year. They sent an email that it shipped on the 18th. I kept tracking the delivery and literally no updates. I called and emailed them and was told it would be here by the 26th. Guess what ? I still don't have it. I got a generic email this morning confirming my doubts it had not even been shipped. It hadn't! Please ship elsewhere because they will flat out lie to you over and over again! Let's see how long it takes to get my order as I am beginning to suspect they don't even have it to fill the order! Update : I was contacted by them today through Amazon to edit or remove my negative review on them! My review was based upon a lack of communication and customer service. Please use caution when ordering with this folks!
