I would first like to say besides the fact this companys representatives feel the need to disclose to women that they have numerous children with there wives because they have nothing else better to do ( Quoted by your appraiser Mark Berkowitz). The second fact is they will only appraise your home in a fair market value if your working with one of there sistering companies for allocated funds . With that entailed they charged a fee of $400 single family appraisal are between 300-400 so on higher side as well . Also be prepared for there appraisers to also ask why you need to renovate your home it looks nice . Sorry Mr Berkowitz what is nice to one is not always nice to another like the fact you have (5 Childern because you said you have nothing else better to do . Thank you.
