Four Seasons Plumbing And Heating

Having renovated 11 properties in 5 states, I write this review from the perspective and understanding of what quality plumbing, electrical, builders... looks like. Fabricio and four seasons is not that company. When I have more time I will go into detail of the experience. Short story our home failed 2 inspections. At The first inspection the plumbing inspector got through the first floor and said “I’m leaving, the plumbing has so many plumbing violations, it’s a waste of My time”. The hot water heaters were plumbed with PVC pipe and not copper to code. Plus a list of many other violations. The second inspection which was today failed as well. Every other system of the house- HVAC, electrical, building, fire passed except for plumbing. Again using PVC pipe on hot water heaters. Not sealing the roof venting properly and water was leaking into our house.about a month ago I called this out to his technician lied to me and said it was completed. Fabricio’s response is lax and negligent . Stay away from this company.
