        Got a house some months back and was totally confused with the sprinkler system in place as had no idea how it works and no idea about it and called this company based on the reviews. It took a while as the appoontment was setup 3 weeks later. But should tell you guys that the wait was totally worth it. The guys who came, Jim (guess full name was Jim Fraley), he was a great guy who thoroughly explained us every single thing and did a thorough review of all the 7 zones and came up with some repairing of one of the zone which we did and now the entire system works smoothly and with no issues. Apart from explaining all these, he also did a great job in teaching me and my mother of how the entire system works and how we can update the settings and all which was definitely not the reason why I called in first place but we really needed help on. Would definitely give reference of this company to my friends who have recently bought houses as I had a great experience and will from now on will be using this company for all the future maintainence for same.         The Wet Scape Technician, Alex came right on time. Very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. The original call was about potential head replacements. We went through each head, he adjusted each and replaced obvious failures. He then made recommendations on others that were on the fence, not immediately saying I had to replace them. In the end, I did but he wasn't pushy. Wet Scape pricing is normal for the service. We've been dealing with Wet Scape for over 10-years, they installed the system and won't use anyone else.
