        My $70 wash n fold came back with 50% of my clothes missing!!! And with other peoples clothing!! When I went there, no one was available to answer any questions! No management -nothing !! Tons of clothes missing!! Iam so upset and disappointed, I just moved to this town and this was my first time using Soaps.

      Soap's Laundry is a family owned and operated laundry. We took ownership of the laundromat in May 2021. We completely remodeled the space and have an all new friendly team of laundry care experts serving our customer's needs. At Soap's our #1 priority is to provide exceptional customer service to our clientele. We are proud to offer wash & fold, laundry pickup and delivery, self-service as well as commercial laundry services. We look forward to meeting all our new customers.

      M K,We apologize for any inconvenience, although it’s an extremely rare occurrence mistakes do happen. We’re a family ran business so posting negative reviews in attempt to destroy a families livelihood is unnecessary and frankly it never helps solve problems. We’re more than happy to get to the bottom of this and figure out a solution. Our hours of Wash&Fold are clearly posted for everyone to see so you must’ve come by after our team left for the night.
