Before striking out on his own Matthew Kearns spent a decade honing his skills as a master craftsman on construction projects up and down the eastern seaboard running the gamut from residential additions and new home contruction to the erection of cutting edge medical facilities, schools, and office complexes. Patrick Kearns used the flair for artistry that garnered him local acclaim as a youth to help fund his education, painting home interiors and exteriors while earning his BA and MA from Rutgers University, with the advanced degree geared toward public history and the preservation of historical landmarks and structures for posterity. Always looking to enhance the quality and variety of services we offer to our residential and commercial clientele, Battlecat recently acquired the talents of eldest brother Christopher Kearns, whose vast experience in residential and commercial real estate as both an agent and broker is of untold value to our clients hoping to augment their property values with structural or cosmetic improvements in anticipation of listing their properties on today's precarious real estate market.
