We used Dylan Patrick Construction to do a large renovation of our 1950's colonial. We wanted a more open feel to our old home while still maintaining the charm of the original home. Dylan was so enthusiastic about our project! He agreed with keeping original features, like built-ins and moldings, and made all new features look like they had been there since the home was built. He arrived every day, on time, and never pushed the job off to others on his team. He stuck with our original proposed timeline, which was super important for us from day one. Just some of the job he completed were renovating a master bathroom, updating a wardrobe area including building a built-in dresser, turning a linen closet into an upstairs laundry room, opening up a wall between a dining room/living room, complete overhaul of a kitchen that included a large built in banquet seating, turning a off-kitchen laundry room into a butlers pantry, creating a laundry area in the basement plus installing vinyl flooring in the basement. These are just SOME of the jobs that were completed during the time he worked for us. Mostly, Dylan was easy to communicate with, his entire team was professional and friendly, and I can't recommend him enough. Dylan installed a new front door and built a portico. He is very professional, returns calls, he’s on time and his attention to detail is impeccable! We highly recommend him!

Just had the bathroom redone by Dylan Patrick Construction and couldn't be more pleased. They were professional, courteous and efficient. We had never done any kind of remodel before and were pleasantly surprised that it did not cause much of a disruption. They were careful to cover and clean all surfaces in the house.
