These people should be ashamed of themselves. I was charged the wrong amount and realized later on. I went in and said something to them about it and was yelled at and said I was charged for a manicure because a manicure was done. Thats incorrect I only got my nails buffed but for some reason they didnt understand that is not the same thing as a manicure and should NOT be the same price. I just wanted to be charged the correct price and they were very rude. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to come here. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I just want to add to my review since the owner clearly didnt understand my review when replying. I DID go to the store for them to correct the mistake and they basically told me Im wrong and dont know what Im talking about. That is not the correct way to treat your paying customers. I checked the website before going and a buff is listed as $10 and a pedicure is listed as $35. According to this I should have been charged $45. I was charged much more which then resulted in a larger tip. Completely unacceptable. Additionally when I went into the store to inquire earlier today I was told I got a manicure because my cuticles were trimmed. What thats not what a manicure is! If I could rate them a ZERO I would.

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation for the outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. Bebe pampered me with a rejuvenating pedicure massage and her attention to detail was outstanding. She had a genuine kindness and was super nice. She went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed throughout my visit. I am truly grateful for the outstanding service I received from Bebe and will be returning to New Star Nails and Spa for all my future pedicure needs. Service: Pedicure
