        Joseph arrived promptly and worked very hard to clear our basement of water. He placed fans in numerous places and used a machine to remove water from carpet, all to dry the basement floor. Every step in the process was explained to us. The fans remained for more than three days and did their work. Everything is dry! Excellent customer care and nice to work with Puro Clean!
