They are very professionals, organized and knowledgeable, they guided me throughout the whole process of buying my first property, Luis has a deep understanding of the real state market, he always had a positive attitude and never gave up, He provided me with all the resources I needed even after my purchase. I recommend them 100%, you wouldnt be disappointed!

If we could give more than 5 Stars to Luis and his team we would aim for 100! Luis helped us find and get our dream home in this scary market. When we first met with him he explained to us the entire home buying process and we felt really comfortable trusting him to guide us through this journey. Best decision we ever made. We were somehow picky and he never made us feel pressured into committing to something we didnt like. He learned our preferences and understood our needs. When we found the house we fell in love with, he was very knowledgeable and confident to negotiate and get us an amazing deal. Him and his team then made the process so smooth that we were able to close on schedule. He recommended other professionals to work with during this process and they all were also excellent (lawyer, inspection, etc)

I was referred to Luis, a Realtor who my own family used and I am so glad I was. I had been looking for an apartment for several months. I did not have an actual Realtor because I could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help me find an apartment. Luis was the first to really listen to me. Find out exactly what kind of apartment I was looking for and where, and anytime an apartment came on the market that matched my criteria, made sure I knew about it immediately. I had to search Zillow and then ask previous Realtors I'd had if they could show me an apartment and then hope they could find the time. Luis always made the time. If it wasn't exactly when I asked it was within a half an hour and he was always already at the apartment and waiting for me with answers to any questions I might have about it. If he did not know the answer, he found it, then and there. Luis is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. I was very picky when it came to finding my apartment. It took 2 months with numerous showings. Luis worked hard for me and never gave up even when I almost did. I am happy to say I am in my second apartment now, thanks to Luiss efforts and I'm very grateful. I love my new apartment. I would recommend Luis to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the place you are looking for rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission and move on and will work hard to make sure that you not only find a place, but your home.
