        My stuff was a week late and everything is broken. The pallet looks like it fell over at least 50x in transit.

        YRC attempted to deliver pavers to two different job sites for me. They attempted to bring 4 pallots of pavers with absolutely no way to get them off the trucks. I was not made aware that they had 0 capability to properly deliver pavers (typically flat bed and a forklift is provided). They told me the day of delivery that I was responsible for unloading them. They were already a week late on the delivery. This company is a disgrace. A week late and then attempting to have the customer responsible for unloading the truck. Does Amazon have you go into their trucks and remove your packages? Not acceptable, poor customer service all around.
