Bought old house needed new insulation in bathroom wall. He came in and was able to put in the insulation from the exterior working in a tight space between house and fence. He also went into crawl space and did extra work under bathroom floor that I wasn't expecting . Then he also helped seal bathroom window which I also wasn't expecting. Then the best surprise was the honesty, when it was time for payment he said he needed less supplies then he originally thought and he deducted $100.00. I highly recommend hiring him. I will definitely be contacting him when my next project comes along. 2 Thumbs
