If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute worst service EVER!! They are way to lazy to deliver packages and half the time regular mail. They said they "tried" to deliver a package at 10:19 pm.....it was 7:19 when I got this notice!!

02/02/2022. More than 2 years since my last visit and review (below) and nothing has changed. Waited 20 minutes in the dingy, unkept lobby for the lazy employees to open the door. A female walked by, saw me, an Airman, and a retiree waiting. She kept walking. We knocked on the door a few times, no one responded; yet we could hear the employees talking and laughing on the other side of the wall. Who ever is responsible for this location should be fired. Additionally, since they are incapable of maintaining their hours, they should update their hours posted in their building and on the internet. This is the worst Post Office. Given the fact that they are on a military installation, they should be ashamed. 01/2000. This post office location is ate up. It never opens on time. Also, parcels mailed from this location always arrive to destinations one or two days later than expected.

Worst place ever I got there at 9:30 waited till 10 which is supposed to be the time they open it was 1015 and no one opened the door, I could see the people inside chatting but no one came to open, I sent a package and it never arrived at the destination on time I am still waiting for it.

Received a package in my P.O. Box that was clearly opened and stolen. When I called, I was advised from a worker that they delivered the packaged unopened and that someone in my house took it instead. I told them theres no one in my house that opened the package as I have only babies in the house. Instead of apologizing and trying to figure out what happened, I was instructed to file a claim. Clearly, someone opened the package as the post box is locked. If they didnt steal the package, then they should have filed a damage report to clear their name; however, they didnt and just delivered the package as is. Terrible service.
