There was a time when Rackspace was unparalleled in service and offerings. Unfortunately, that has come to an end. They simply cannot compete with Azure, GCS, AWS, or even new players like SkySQL.

The worst email provider by far. I have never dealt with such a terrible company. Their systems just dont work. I am a global admin and randomly my passwords won't be accepted. Theres 3 different platforms to log in and no direction. Their chat is confusing to get a hold of. Stay far far far away from this company.

The worst customer service. Our email product was down many times over the last year due to incompetence and what feels like tonight a targeted attempt to lose our business. If you use a VPN or communicate or converse with more than 50 people a day via email this service will fail you and leave you with hours out of communication with office staff and customers. Furthermore it is completely within there hands to fix this issue and help with a solution. When you spend hours trying to rectify the situation with them they are unrepentant and do not care about your customer service needs or even what they are with this inflexable service. Avoid this company at all costs there are cheaper and better .
