I just booked a flight from Norfolk, VA to Denver, Co. for $289.97 Basic economy and paid $17 for cancellation insurance. Two minutes after I booked the flight I received a call by the travel agency informing me that the flight was sold out of economy and the only option available was standard for $365.96. When I tried to cancel and keep looking for a different flight I was told by the rep. that the insurance was only for a sickness, death in the family, etc. This was not made clear when I booked the flight. Therefore, I was backed into a corner and had to choose the standard option in order to not throw $289.97 out the window. Basically, I feel as though it was a bait and switch. I will not be going through them again!

Be aware their FINAL PRICE is not that at all. They will call you and say that fare is no longer available, but they have a more expensive fare available. If you say no thanks Ill try a different company, theyll charge you a cancellation fee. They are scammers and need to put out of business!!!

Do not use will rip u off. Investigation into there practice. Booked flight in February did not complete booked flight in April did not complete. Call air Canada. Had proof they did it complete my booking. To book on Monday never returned call phone. scam. Will keep low percent happy to afford criminal investigation. But rip alot of people off. Address. On sight is out of Business out of a doctor office. Better business bureau says its not even a business. Can not take legal action against them. Avoid at all possible cheap doesnt make it better beware stop booking with them shut them down
