I calls 3 times this year n left voice mails to call me back each time n I'm still waiting for a call back .. but it's not just this location ALL tha locations in jersey city have HORRIBLE customer service n tha company it's still made this experience harder than it needed to be. I'm still trying to do my taxes from last year since this company couldn't get it right tha first time!
