MOUSE INFESTATION!!! OVERUN BY MICE AND MOTHS! We have had our stuff in here since it opened in a locker on the third floor. I went to move a bed out and moths flew out of the storage locker and the n 2 mice ran under my feet. My bed, mattress, and some clothes were completely destroyed. They were wrapped in plastic and the mice ate through it. Don't put anything in the units here that you care about. The mice ran into the storage unit across the hall and my unit is covered in mice droppings. Everything is ruined.

Much better customer service than Ive had anywhere else in New York or Jersey city. Xavier in particular was a huge help today going out of his way to make sure we had a smooth move out experience.

Go to 319 Tonnelle Ave Location!!! Kimmy is the best!! She knows the facility, the customers and she even knows the competition cost and is awesome WAY TO GO KIMMY!!

I have been a long time renter at the Storquest in Jersey City, NJ. I have had rats in my 3rd floor unit twice. I was most recently locked in the facility after hours when the gate malfunctioned. I spent 90 minutes locked in. None of the emergency gate codes worked and the district manager Scott was unavailable. Eventually I was referred to the police to break down the gate. One of the 4 cops had 24 hour access and they were denied too. I decided to keep my car there overnight rather than damage the gate. When I returned the next day, they apologized but didnt offer any recompense for my lease, my time locked in the gate or for my rideshare costs. I have chased by email for 2 weeks with no response. Today they announced another 10% rate increase! What a mess.
