Ion products are always and forever my go to recovery products! The bath soaks are my absolute favorite! Great smell, and used after training, have incredible results. As for the charge rub, it was very handy when I had my muscles sore before competition. I recommend ION products to every athlete in need, and as well for anyone else. The detox bath soaks come in very handy after a long day at work! I love them!! The quality is out of this world and the prices are very good.
