Very gud building around indian street... very near to path for people who transit to Newyork for work and also very near for getting groceries.. when compared to other apartments around this place rent is comparitively low except the rent will be continously increasing fr every year by5% and doesnt includes any utilities no car parking sufficient for every tenant. Its a very old building which has lot of problems and if u raise a complaint it needs all your effort to get it resolved. You need to continously back up to get the problems resolved... i have reviewed about all the bad and good about this building and its your decision to join in this building or not... have a nice stay....
