This is the worst store that I've ever had to come across in my 18 years of life. First they hook you by treating you nice so that you can buy their items, then when you come back for a RETURN they treat you like garbage! None of them have respect for the customer, they are scammers. They take your money, lock it up, and bye bye. I got the doors closed on me, literally kicked me out. They called me disrespectful names and hung the phone up on me twice for asking about their (Return Policy). There must be a big reason why they don't do refunds, theres also a reason why they don't inform you about their Store Policies before a purchase. Because if people were to see (NO REFUNDS), nobody will buy. They have a little 4" X 6" (REFUND POLICY) hidden in the back with Font Size 6, barely visible and also obstructed. These people are hidden scammers, ZERO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU LEAVE HAPPY OR MAD. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY, THATS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I AM NEVER RETURNING TO THIS STORE. I ADVISE TO PLEASE STICK WITH THE BIG BUSINESSES (FOOT LOCKER, FINISH LINE, FOOT ACTION, EAST BAY, CHAMPS... ETC) DO NOT EVEN COME NEAR THIS STORE, I'M WARNING YOU NOW FOR THE BETTER. I DON'T WANT ANYBODY ELSE TO BE A VICTIM OF CUSTOMER ABUSE. TRUST ME, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!! DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE OUT OF A STORE HAPPILY WITH A SMILE? OR ANGRY AND VERY DISAPPOINTED?

Ive been buying my sneakers there for at least 10 years! They have the best and newest designs all the time, love this place, thanx for providing jersey city with the newest fashion.
