(Translated by Google) The worst experience of my life I just had with this daycare. Professor Roschelle, the 2 months my daughter spent there, was always quite aggressive and foul-mouthed. I always spoke kindly to her & on the other hand, she didn't speak to me. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back when there was a misunderstanding with the schedule (because I also had to change my daughter's schedule for the same teacher) & she went out with a beast to tell me that La Nia was not her turn today. I was shocked because that was not necessary. With the simple fact & a friendly tone of voice was enough. Example: "no, mommy La Nia does not have class today". With that I quietly retired & confirmed the new schedule that I did not know. By the way, the management also told me that I gave the schedule when the one who gave the schedule was his Early Interversion teacher. Understanding that it was too much drama. That with a few kind words it was solved. I removed my girl because if that teacher treated me like that, I can already imagine everything my daughter put her through... Moral: Where you pay for a service, you are responsible & kind, you should not accept being treated badly. I felt like I was at least the teacher's daughter, always using crude words. La profesora Roschelle los 2 meses que duro mi nia ah siempre fue bastante agresiva & mal hablada. Yo siempre le habl con amabilidad & en cambio ella a mi no. Hoy fue la gota que rebas el vaso cuando hubo un mal entendido con el horario (porque tambin tuve que cambiarle el horario a mi nia por la misma profesora) & ella sali con una fiera a decirme que La Nia no le tocaba hoy. Yo me quede en shock porque eso no era necesario. Con el simple hecho & un tono de voz amable bastaba. Ejemplo: no, mami La Nia no tiene clase hoy. Ya con eso yo me retiraba tranquilamente & confirmaba el nuevo horario que yo no me saba. Que por cierto en la direccin tambin me dijeron que yo di el horario cuando la que dio el horario fue su profesora de Interversion temprana. Entendiendo que fue demasiado drama. Que con unas cuantas palabras amables se solucionaba. Quite a mi Nia porque si a mi esa profesora me trataba as ya me imagino a mi hija todo lo que le haca pasar Moraleja : Donde usted paga por un servicio, es responsable & amable no debe de aceptar que lo traten mal. Yo me senta cmo que era mnimo hija de la profesora siempre con palabras toscas. Siempre sala sindome mal. & mi hija lloraba Siempre que la vea & ya veo el porque. Psimo servicio!!!!
