A sewer line backing up into your basement slop sink is a problem no one wants, even more so late
on a Friday afternoon. We called Roto Rooter in desperation, hoping for a miracle, and they came through with flying colors. An appointment was made for that very evening, and the van showed up within the 4 hour window from when we called. The blockage was found right away by Christian, and the whole issue fixed within about an hour. Communication was clear throughout the process, (and it was great to be able to call and speak to a real human, rather than just leaving a message!) Thanks again for your efficient and totally professional service! I cant recommend you highly enough!

Alex was amazing and took care of our clogged sink which had overflowed into our kitchen. He also helped us with the cleanup and smell which made all the difference. I would gladly have him back every time

The plumber was caring and diligent. I am a single homeowner with just a tad bit of knowledge regarding plumbing so having someone who can be helpful is important. It gives you hope regardless of the total amount lol.
