    If you are thinking about getting personal training, be it for strength training or body building or losing weight, look no further than PROSPER. All the coaches and trainers are extremely knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. I have been training with Coach Charlie for the past 3 1/2 years, which resulted in an 80 lbs weight loss. Training with Charlie is a labor of sheer hard work and dedication. From every time I wanted to give up and quite to the small successes that led to big results, Charlie was there every step of the way pushing me, guiding me, encouraging me. From teaching me proper form/technique and introducing new workouts to nutrition, Charlie is the complete package. Not only was I able to lose weight, but along the way Charlie helped me regain mobility in my knee due to PVNS. Thanks to Charlie and PROSPER, I have had a successful 3 1/2 years of fitness and only have a lifetime more to go.

    I've had the pleasure to work with owner, Charlie Torres for a few years now and it's been awesome to watch the idea of Prosper come to fruition. Not only does it provide an exclusive space for members but also a personal experience without any distractions - something you rarely find in crowded gym settings. The layout of the gym contains a array of equipment and free weights that are both familiar and totally manageable unattended, insuring you feel confident to imitate your workouts again on your own time. At Prosper, it's not just about doing the exercise and getting it done, its learning and crafting your body to better execute the movements for maximum results. Personally, my personal training journey began as a way to get back to my roots as an athlete. I wanted a more consistent training session again that would push me out of my comfort level during a busy work week and challenge me to reach new heights. Without even setting a specific goal I not only see a physical difference in my body but overall just feel better daily. With the guidance of Charlie at Prosper I feel more confident in myself and in my weekly workout routine. And.... if you're lucky, you'll get your photo op at the illuminated Prosper wall during your session cause we know everyone loves a gym selfie.

    Charlie at Prosper is so inspiring to work with -- he pushes you beyond what you think you're capable of and you find yourself starting to remove the thought 'I can't do this' from your mind. I started training with him a few months ago, hoping to supplement mostly the cardio/kickboxing I've been doing at CKO, with weight training. I've always been intimidated by weights so wanted to work with someone who I knew would help me feel more comfortable but also push me beyond my comfort zone and aim for growth. Our first session was dedicated to understanding my goals and he was thoughtful in developing a program to help me achieve them. We've met for 10 sessions now (once a week) and I've noticed an incredible change in strength -- mentally and physically. When I started, I struggled with doing 60 lb. goblet squats. Ten sessions later, and I'm front squatting 110 lbs., excited to see how heavier I can go the next time. I never thought I'd be able to do that, but what I love most about this "progression" is that I'm more confident in wanting to go heavier, do an extra rep, etc. and believe in my ability to push my body. Can't recommend working with Charlie enough!

    I recently started personal training at Prosper with Charlie , and so far I have been very happy with my progress. For the past few months we have been training a few mornings during the week, and after 12 weeks I have lost weight and gained muscle. I have noticed a considerable change in my self confidence and energy level, and deciding on these personal training sessions was one of the best decisions I did for myself. I had not previously exercised regular in 5 years, and Charlie put together a great training regimen for me and kept pushing me to the next level by keeping me motivated on my end goal--losing my belly fat and gaining muscle. I highly recommend training with Charlie if you have previously tried other methods of getting in shape and have not seen the results you were looking for.
