I came with my daughter she got a wax that she was very pleased with. I got nails. They did a great job. You can tell that the nail tech care about the quality and condition. I will definitely return.

This was my first time visiting this place and would give this place a 0 star. First, its completely unhygienic and dark with a constant smell. I arrived on time for my pre-booked appointment and was told to wait till someone gets free by a rather rude woman. I waited for 20 mins thinking maybe I shouldnt judge. During my wait I saw the tech using tools which wasnt sanitized or cleaned on a new client, which is a health risk. After 20 mins I asked what is going on and was told it will be another 20 mins before someone is free and there is always a wait. What does that even mean? I had an appointment and I understand being a bit behind but 40 mins is ridiculous. So i decided that the wait and overall concern with hygiene is simply not worth it and I left. Save your money and avoid risk of infection, dont go here.

I would rate Polish Me a 5 over and over again. To be honest I cant understand the negative reviews, except to say that this totally has not been my experience or many of my colleagues that also get their nails done here, for many years. Everyone is so kind and accomodating. I literally walk in every time with no appt and they always take me. My typical is a Mani/Pedi, regular polish. I just got my nails done yesterday, arrived at 4:30, had the most relaxing and wonderful Pedi and Mani. The girls were lovely, no talking behind my back, very professional and did a great job. I paid cash, $48 in total - well worth it. And I tipped each nail technician $10, b/c why not, these women bust their butts. I've heard some of these customers in person and how they talk down to these women and take advantage of them, having them redo their nails b/c they didnt liked the color or whatever and then they tip them garbage - a few bucks - disgusting. So maybe all of the negative reviews are coming from people who are just never happy in life. Polish Me is awesome, convenient and a great place to get your nails done. I highy recommend!
